On December 2, 2016, at the initiative of Consul General of the Russian Federation in Mumbai Mr. Andrei Zhiltsov the informal meeting of Consuls General of BRICS member-states and the head of the Protocol Service of the Government of Maharashtra Mr. S.Mullick took place in Mumbai.
